LIMA RESCUE MISSION

Restoring Hope, Rebuilding Lives

Since 1906, the Lima Rescue Mission has been reaching out to the homeless and needy in Lima and surrounding areas. The Mission is a faith-based organization - all funding comes directly from individuals, businesses, churches and other organizations who want to be involved in helping people in need in our community. We do not receive any funding from the government or other agencies.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about the Mission. Our website is designed to provide you with as much information as possible. However, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Meal Ministry

We are so thankful for all the individuals and groups that minister at the Mission by serving, and in many cases, providing the evening meal. We always welcome others to help in this way, and it would be a great opportunity for your church or group to get involved in an important part of the Mission’s daily ministry! By providing the meal for an evening, you are helping us reduce expenses, and it is a special treat for those we serve. It is also a great way for your group to be involved in hands-on urban ministry. We hope that you will consider the opportunity to minister in this unique way!
